Thanks to their corrosion-resistant properties, brass anchors are ideal for outdoor applications. But that’s not their only advantage: Their low anchoring depth also means less drilling is required and therefore quick installation is possible. Brass dowel pins are often used to mount equipment, control cabinets or shelves on concrete or masonry. They can be used for both pre-positioned and push-through installation, either with or without installation tools. Offset mounting is possible in conjunction with threaded rods.
Their functional principle is generally the same as that of dowels: When a screw with a metric thread is screwed into a brass anchor, it expands inside the drill hole and creates a friction-locked, surface-flush connection. The attachment point can also be easily disassembled and reused subsequently. Metal variants such as brass anchors have a higher load capacity than plastic anchors.

Brass anchors in thread sizes M4 to M16 – available immediately
The sleeves on our brass anchors have female threads that accept screws and threaded rods in sizes M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14 and M16. The length of the dowel pins ranges from 16 mm to 45 mm.
